It is Ok to go Taiwan in January or February?

Night Nights or Shopping Malls Or Any outsdoor acitivties still can go on during this 2 months?

It is a pleasant time to travel there in the two months. The weather is usually pleasant, cool and less rainy. There is also no typhoon in those months. The malls, night markets and outdoor activities will be open at that time, don’t worry. Enjoy your trip.
