Hong kong passport renewal at New York

Hello, I am originally from Hong Kong and recently became a US citizen and have changed my name. My HKSAR passport has expired, can I renew my hksar passport and update my name to my new hksar passport at the same time. Will I be able to change my name on my hk ID card at your office too? Thank you

Kevin, you can apply for the renewal of your HK passport as well as the ID card through the consulate in New York. Then the consular office will transfer both applications to HK goverment for approval.

You needn't make an appointment for submitting your passport renewal to Chinese consulate. Just come there during the working days.
