Domestic to International at Capital Airport

I am arriving on in Beijing T2 domestically on China Eastern and flying out T2 internationally on Delta. I am scheduled to have 1hr and 55 minutes. The flights are in the morning but is this enough time? Will I need to go through the customs and quarantine steps explained in the T3 D to I transfers.

Well, your time is generally enough. Just hurry up! And the transfer can be finished in T2.
You need to go though the following procedures: Flight Arrivals - Baggage Claim - Transfer Procedures - International Departure Procedures
