9kg parcel from Ningbo to Singapore

Hi, I am expecting 1 parcel approximately 9kg from Ningbo and final destination will be Singapore. I have some queries on the following:
- Does limit of 2kg per parcel still applicable in this context?
- What is the best way to move my parcel to be cost effective?
- Lastly, what would be the shipping cost?
Hope to hear from you soon, thank you.

Question 1: No, unless you can separate your parcel into several pieces and make sure that each is no more than 2kg. But it doesn't matter. You can send 40kg parcel into Singapore by registered air mail.

Question 2: China Post's Registered Airmail service should be your choice.

Question 3: If you use the above service, the basic shipping cost is around CNY 371.8.
