About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

What would be cost if I send 1.9 kg parcel to Sri lanka by post

Can you please let me know what is the duration to reach it to Sri lanka

It costs at least CNY 166 if you send it by plane. It takes 7 to 30 days to arrive, according to China Post.
