How do I travel to Lhasa from Wuxi? how long will it takes? Cost?

There is direct train from Wuxi to Lhasa but the ride takes around 45 hours, which is too long. You can take train from Wuxi to Shanghai first and then fly to Lhasa from Shanghai.
