what is the best time to see the wave of Qiantang River during mid autumn festival 2015 at night?

According to the report, the best time to see the wave is at 13:00 – 14:00 on 16th – 21st August of Chinese lunar calendar (28th Sep. to 3rd Oct.).

Oh, as I know, from 21:30 to 23:00 can be the nice period to see the wave.
In addition, the weekend is the good time. You won't miss it. The wave period will last to the early October.
