About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am a Sri Lankan passport holder. Do I need transit visa to fly via Shanghai?

I am flying from Canada to Sri Lanka ( round Trip) and the transit time is less than 10 hours in Sanghai. Do i need transit permit? if yes how much does it cost?
