China work permit renewal

My Chinese WP and RP expires in FEB 2016. How to renew my work permit and residence permit. Do I need to undergo medical examination if I shift to new company

Purna, if you plan to shift to a new company, you need to get a new work permit with the help of your new employer and then renew your residence permit at the exit and entry administration bureau. The medical examination is required if your last physical examination record expires.
