What happens if we are in Shanghai for 76 hrs ? Is visa necessary to travel to Taizhou, Zengjiang?

We need to travel to Taizhou from SH on the 1st of October, intending to stay there for one night and then travel back to the city on our way to Moscow and then Greece. Do we need a visa since we are going to stay in China less than 72 hrs? Thank you
