About:China Visa on Arrival

Does a U S Citizen need a visa to stay in a hotel in Nanshan District, Shenzhen?

I am arriving by cruise ship on a Friday morning and am ticket to leave from the Hong Kong Airport on Sunday morning.

How long will you stay in Shenzhen? If the time is not longer than 24 hours, you don't need it. Otherwise, you will need it.
