are there any foreigners in Guiyang？ any places where foreigners can meet？

Currently we are in the city and would like to meet another foreigners.

Yes, there are many foreigners in this city. Maybe you can meet some of them in local cafes and fast food restaurant, such as Starbucks, KFC or MacDonald.
