About:Chinese Names

How do I address a single young chinese lady who I am interested in?

I met a nice young Chinese woman, single, and in the U.S. to better her life. Name is He Yue Ying. I don't want to offend. How can I address her with honor, according to her culture?

Roger, you can address her He Xiaojie. When you are familar with her, you can address her English name if she has. However, you'd better not address her Yueying at the beginning.
