Is it true that absence of a wall in west creates problems for female occupant?

The wesy of my bedroom has no wall just glass from ceiling to floor, it was created by extending the room into the balcony area. Our feet point towards west while sleeping. I am facing severe health issues since we moved in.

Shubhi, you really worry too much. The rule is that the head of your bed should lean against the wall. If your feet pointed at the wall, it would be much better. Is it a large French window? If so, you should hang thick curtains. When you sleep, you should close the curtain and window.

You might see a doctor first. If your health issues still exist, you might try to relocate your bed to ensure that your head and fee both point at the wall.
