Is it possible that the documents will process for visa in the absence of individual .

My name is Samad wali. I am studying at Nankai University Tianjin. I belong to very far area of Pakistan Gilgit Baltistan. I want to invite my wife here. i read all rules and regulation of China Embassy. Dear sir/madam my wife can not come to Islamabad Embassy office as a individual.
