how many days for visa renewal

Hi,I am From Pakistan and now in Shenzhen, yesterday on 16th September i went for Visa Renewal application with HR and they said you can collect your passport on 25th September,My Flight is on 26th September 2015 to Pakistan.Will they return my passport on the Promised day or it will take more time?Can i request them before 25th September? and will they accept my request?I am worried because of this.Please give me some information.Thanks and Best Regards,Tanzeem Bhatti

Hey, you can trust them. If they ask you to collect your passport on Septembe 25th, you can go there and get it on the promised day. If you want to pick up your passport earlier, you should ask for help from the HR. Let the HR contact the office and see if there is kind of express service for you.
