want a visa to enter Hong Kong I own a diplomatic passport and I have buy it for the hotel and my ticket  on 19 September but I do not know how I do

Mohamed, as you don't have enough time to apply directly through the HK Immigration Office, you can try your luck at the PRC embassy in Sri Lanka. If they can deal with your application, it will be great. If they cannot, you have to contact the HK Immigration Office to apply and the process takes about four to six weeks, which may ruin your trip.
