About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Libyan Citzen transting through Bejing airport

Hi,
I am a libyan citizen planning to have a layer over for around 1 hour in Bejin airport terminal 3. I am travling from Bnagkok to Paris through Bejing. I am not planning to leave the airport. do I need a visa or any other permit?

No, you don't since you will remain airside. You don't need any kind of visa, but I am a bit puzzled by the fact that your layover is just 1 hour long. I hope everything will be fine with your transit to another flight because 1 hour is really very, very short time. You will have to run through relevantn procedures and ask for priority in order to catch the onward flight. I just hope you have a one (through) ticket as your flight itinerary.
