About:Beijing Weather in September

We are visiting Beijing on 24 Sep to 28 Sep 2015.

I know the Moon cake festival is on 27 Sep, any suggestions for a place to celebrate this festival? All adults traveling only.

Oh, there will be many interesting entertainment activities during that period of time in this city, such as Dragon Dance, Lantern Show and Lantern Riddles.
As I know, Fragrance Hill Happy Valley, Ancient Observatory and BJ Garden Expo will hold some festivities. You can go and see.
