what time should i arrive at the hubei museum so i can listen to the 16:00 h bell concert?

I want to listen to the above mentioned bell concert so what time do I need to enter the museum so I can have time to walk to the area of the bell concert?  Thank you for your help.  Terry

Well, you are suggested to reach there earlier to get a fine location, I suggest you enter the museum at 15:00. You can enjoy other exhibits first, when it is about 15:30, you should head to the concert hall.
