About:Power Plugs / Sockets in China

Can a standard heavy duty 120V US power cord be safely used in China?

My sister in law in China asked for a power cord to use in her home. Can a US power cord be used in China safely?

Darryl, if it only supports 120V, then it can't be usedbecause 220V electricity is used in PRC.
