Can a 4 year old safely sleep on one of the bottom bunks alone, are there safety rails for kids?

Hi, you may buy a child ticket for your kid and share the same bunk with him/ her, if he/ she is under 1.5 m (below 1.2 m: free; 1.2 m -1.5 m: half fare).0
