myselfmy partner are getting married in china.

Question

I have a Z working visa and he has a business M type. After some time i want him to come on my Z type, and get the spousal S type. Does he need to leave in order to change from a business type to a spousal type?And also.... do i need a certain amount of time on my Z type? Thanks,,  its always difficult to find out info about this stuff!

Kim, he doesn't have to leave to get the S type. It's possible to change the M type to Z type within mainland China. If the remaining validity of your Z type is relatively long, he has a bigger chance to get the S type.
