About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

We will be staying in Beijing with the 72 hour transient visa.

I realize we must stay in Beijing but there is a day trip to see the great wall. Is this permitted?

Yes, it's permitted. You can visit the Great Wall during the layover period.
