i will arrive at 23.00pm. what transport should i take from airport to the hotel? and how much is the rate for it?

Hey Winnie. Do you refer to Novotel Xinqiao Hotel? By taxi, it costs CNY100-110. By public transportation, you can take shuttle bus line 2 Night Line and get off at International Hotel (CNY24). Then transfer to a taxi to the hotel at a cost of CNY13 within 5min.
