About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

'Pick Up Form' if the applicant is not available to submit application or has to collect the visa

Hello! From where can I obtain the 'pick-up form' if someone else has to submit/collect the application? Thanks!

Do you mean you want to entrust someone else to submit the application and collect your passport for you? If so, the consular officer will give the "pick up form" to the person after he/she submit the application.
