Hi Mark, you should apply for a new one from the PRC embassy. I heard that the consular office in Liberia is closed so you may need to go the consular office in other nearby countries. You just need to submit all required documents to the office and apply for a Q type. Your wife needs to send you an invitation letter and a photocopy of her ID card.
