Should I Stay or venture to other opportunity?

Hi, I was born Oct 8, 1978. I have good job, as well as side business. However, I fell I am not going anywhere. I wanted to resign, and pursue my own business. Is this a right moment?

Hery, you are sad to have more chance to develop your career this year. Because your career path is smooth, you are not reconciled to current situation. Then you hope to make changes. However, you should think carefully and don't overestimate your abilties. Also 2015 isn't a good year for you to make drastic changes. Perhaps, you might do it next year.
