Where should stay to be close to attractions&shopping (Electronic/Famous clothes) in Beijing?

Hello,

I'm staying 1 week in beginning of March 2016.
Where should stay to be close to:
- transfer to attractions
- and shopping (Electronic/Famous clothes)

Well, for fashion clothes, I suggest you go to the Silk Street, where you can buy clothes in different standards. Well, for electronic items, I suggest you go to the Broadway Electronic Market located at Chaoyangmen Outer Street. These two places are about 1.2 miles from each other, and you can reach the electronic market from the north end of the street by 10 – 15 mins walking. You can choose to stay near the Silk Street, and surely you can have easy access to hotels in the street.

Xidan area is a better option for shopping for clothes - both high end to bargain.
