About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

I've got jw202 accepted admission Can i apply from djibouti?

I'm Ethiopian now i'm in Hargeisa Somalia.

I am afraid that you'd better go back to Ethiopian to apply, to play it safe. If you don't have long term resident permit in Djibouti, I am afraid that they won't accept your application.
