About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

About the consideration of a personal laptop or notebook plus my hand luggage

If I carry a laptop or notebook and carry it independent of my hand luggage, I must consider it within the permissible limit of 5 kg of hand luggage?, or is considered free and independent of my hand luggage?

Jorge, it depends on which airline you take. According to what I know, many airlines don't take laptop as part of hand luggage. It means that passengers can take 5kg hand luggage and a laptop. I think you should confirm this with your airline.
