About:China Visa Fees

overstay consideration

Hi . i am a legal with residence visa hired by the 5 star hotel her in china. It is up to june 30 as well as my contract job. Am i consider overstay if i leave china on july 1?

Yes, you need to leave on or before June 30. Otherwise, you will overstay here. But if you have already booked the ticket, you can extend your stay at local PSB.
