Wuhan to Jingzhou Ancient City (JAC)
Are there any high speed train? If not, how does one travel? Thank you.

Well, there is no direct high-speed train that can take you to the ancient city.
You can take bullet train from Main Railway Station and get off at Jingzhou Railway Station. The duration is about 2 hours.
After that, you can take bus no.104, get off at Beiyuan Station. Then walk northeast around 360 yards. Or you can take a taxi directly. The cab fare is CNY 20 to 30 in usual time.
