is their any derct bus service between Guangzhou airport and southern railway station.

There is no direct shuttle bus service. You are suggested to take the subway instead. Take the subway line 3 from the airport south to Jiahe Wanggang Station, where you can transfer to line 2 to South Railway Station directly.0
