passport issue

The company sent him to other branch which is in china, but his passport is on the company, so his not carrying passport itself...now his detained, is this small issue on PRC/ do have any idea how many days would he detained..pls help.....godbless...

Cassie, I think it's no big deal. Anyway, it's the company's fault. They shouldn't have kept the person's passport. If the company is willing to help him, he may be relesed immediately after the company representative shows up.
