So you are going from Pudong airport to Hongqiao airport?
You are suggested to take subway rather than direct airport shuttle bus because bus can be easily influenced by traffic jam.
So take subway line 2 at the airport, get off at Terminal 2 of Hongqiao Airport directly.
It takes around 90 mins on the way. The ticket fare is CNY 8 per person.1
