Can You Enter Tiananmen Square at 3AM?

I have an airport layover in the middle of the night, and am wondering if you can enter the Square during the nighttime after 1:00AM or is fenced off?

Yes, this square opens to the public for 24 hours. So you can still visit there at that time.
