Will any of this change for me any time soon, and is there any luck for me this year?

I am an Earth Sheep, I was born in the morning on September 8th 1979. it seems like this year has been the worst year of luck for me. It is the year of the sheep, which I have heard can be bad luck. This whole year has seemed like bad luck has followed me.
