About:Chinese Consulates in India

Dear Executive,

I am traveling from Mumbai to wenzhou on business trip.
can i travel Mumbai to Sanghai by air and from shanghai to wenzhou by train , in order to save money ?

Yes, of course. As long as you can get the visa for mainland China, it doesn't matter how do you get into Wenzhou.
