How to apply from Australia with a Chile passport?

I am a Chilean citizen working and traveling in Australia at the moment. How can I apply to a L type visa here in Australia? Any ideas on how long it takes and how much it costs? Thanks a lot.

Daniel, you should firstly get all necessary documents prepared, including a valid passport, a photocopy of the passport's data page, a completely and properly filled application form attached with your color bare-headed photo, the original and photocopy of your residence permit in Australia, and round-trip ticket and hotel booking orders for the trip. Then go to the CVASC office to submit the application. It takes four working days to process the L type. You need to pay 99.5 Australian dollars in total to the office for a single entry.
