Train Ticket pickup

I live in Macau, and plan to travel to Guangzhou on the morning of Thursday 10 September. I can book a train ticket from Zhuhai online, but I must collect the ticket once I arrive in the city: I am afraid the ticket collection office may not be open in the morning. I wish to avoid making a special trip to to collect my ticket: can anyone tell me what time the ticket collection office at Zhuhai opens?
