About:China Visa on Arrival

Can i apply VOA if going to Shenzhen or Shantou from Hong Kong?

I'm holding indonesian visa.

Linda, I suggest you apply one from Chinse embassy in your country in advance, to play it safe.

yes, you can, but you can only travel in the shenzhen area and valid only for 5 days.
