Is there any bus from HKIA direct to central or near tsim sha tsui? How much the fare? Thanks.

Yes, the transportation is convenient.
To Central Area, take bus no.E11 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get off at Jardine House, Connaught Road Central. It costs 21 HKD per person. Then walk southwest around 120 yards.
To Tsim Sha Tsui, take bus no.A21 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), get to Cameron Road, Nathan Road. Then walk south along Nathan Road around 150 yards. The ticket fare is 33 HKD per person.0
