I suggest you go there at night. The best site to enjoy the Victoria Harbour View is the Avenue of the stars. There you can also see the A Symphony of Lights at night. From your hotel, you can walk about 250 yards to Ping Chi Street Hung Hom to take the bus 5A. Get off at New World Center, And then you will see the avenue of stars.
