About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

I got a Chinese Visa 2 years ago - can I still use it for re-entry this November for Tourism?

If yes, are there any additional fees I must pay before travel?

Well, is it still valid? If yes, you can enter with it and you don't need to pay additional fees.
