visa application from lusaka to china

i have my young brother in Zambia who wants to visit me here, how does he go about the application.

First, you need to send him an invitation letter and a photocopy of your passport and residence permit. Then he should prepare his valid passport, a copy of the passport's photo page, a filled-out application form attached his passport-style photo, as well as the documents you send to him. Then, he should go to the embassy and submit all documents.

You must have a signature on the letter. It's better that you write the letter and sign it, then fax it to him.
