info about baggage

Good evening,
I would like to ask you if my flight is scheduled on 2nd of Sep from Vienna to Bejing and I continue on my journey from Bejing to Ningbo (China) do I have to pick up my luggage in Bejing and re-check it or does checked luggage go to the final destination (even when the second flight is domestic?) Moreover, I would like to know how much kilos of baggage am I allowed to take? The first flight is via Austrian Airlines, they allow to have 23 kg + 8 kg. Is it the same? And both flights are on the same tickek.
