I am going to be visiting Qingdao for the purpose of visiting human hair wig factories. There factories are small and I would like to know what small gifts I might bring and how to address the workers with great respect.

For small gifts, chocolate is a good choice. You can buy some from your country and give the employees as gifts. As to how to address them, you can consult their leaders how they call each other upon arrival and call as they do. That is the safest way.
