No, actually it is not as bad as you imagine. Weather in that month is actually favorable. It is cool and the average temp is about 75 F. Although there are showers sometimes, but it will not last for a long time. Besides, the typhoon seldom occur in that month, so it is quite safe to travel during that time.0
