Hourly Lounge inside Capital Airport

Hello, Can I use Hourly Lounge: between the Gate D2 and the Gate D3 at B1 (for foreign passengers), for 24 hours? If yes, can I make reservation online in advance? How much it will cost if I pay in cash at that place?

Yes, you can use the hourly lounge between the Gate D2 and D3, which is especially for the international passengers. It is in service for 24 hours, and you can make a reservation through calls.
